We are seeking a Healthcare Software Solutions Sales Manager to join our team! You will resolve recruit, train, and manage the telesales team to drive company revenue.
The Healthcare Software Solutions Sales Manager must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Your team must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. You will be responsible for delivery of world class demonstrations to prospective opportunities in either a team or individual environment.
- Recruit both local and remote sales consultants;
- Train consultants in sales and products;
- Ensure performance quotas are met;
- Report to senior management.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, and management;
- Familiarity with CRM platforms;
- Ability to build rapport with clients and sales agents;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
This position will drive a team focused on sales into North America and Australia, so knowledge of those cultures and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
